Security Patrol Supervisor

About the role
The Security Patrol Supervisor will work on‑site at OCTAVIAN GHANA in Tema, overseeing the day‑to‑day security operations of the company’s facilities. This full‑time position ensures that all patrols are conducted safely and that the premises remain protected at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of security guards across multiple client locations.
- Plan, execute and monitor regular patrol routes to verify site security.
- Respond to emergencies, incidents and alarms, taking appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, incidents and guard performance.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, client requirements and international standards.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory and operations‑management experience in physical security.
- Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Attention to detail and keen observation skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Relevant security‑management certifications are preferred.
