Senior Business & Partnership Manager

About the role

The Senior Business & Partnership Manager will drive growth for a leading agribusiness technology provider. Reporting to the CEO, you will identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships while leading consultative sales of digital products across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development by preparing concept notes, proposals and marketing materials.
• Identify new opportunities, monitor market trends and devise sales strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with agribusinesses, global traders, manufacturers, cooperatives, NGOs and government bodies.
• Conduct consultative sales, generate leads, manage a pipeline and convert prospects into partners.
• Expand the organisation’s presence in Africa and Europe by targeting digital commodities and trading sectors.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and negotiate deals.
• Research new markets, forecast sales and report findings to senior management.
• Attend relevant seminars and conferences to broaden the network.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development and partnership management.
• Strong understanding of agribusiness value chains and digital transformation.
• Ability to work with both local and international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
