Senior Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Buyer with a Master’s degree and at least three years of procurement experience to lead strategic purchasing of raw materials, equipment and services for our manufacturing operations. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost‑effective procurement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure cost‑effective procurement within budget.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments on procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Ghana procurement regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
