Senior Compliance Executive – Business Regulatory Services

About the role

The Senior Compliance Executive will lead the delivery of business regulatory compliance services for a portfolio of clients in Ghana. You will act as the primary point of contact for company secretarial functions, regulatory registrations, and client inquiries, ensuring all processes are handled accurately and confidentially.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business registration and amendment services with the Registrar General’s Department, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, and other regulatory bodies.
• Process visas, work permits, business operating permits, FDA, EPA, NGO licenses, customs and excise registrations, and related permits.
• Provide full company secretarial services for multiple client companies.
• Generate new business leads through marketing channels and manage referrals.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and monthly activity reports.
• Write compliance‑related articles and participate in webinars or podcasts.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and industry publications.
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping, confidentiality of client information, and achievement of performance targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Law or equivalent.
• Professional certification in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in legal or business compliance.
• Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver accurate results.
• Strong oral and written communication, customer‑service orientation, and result‑driven mindset.
