Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Augst is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual execution of its content, campaigns, and client projects. The ideal candidate blends strong design instincts with an understanding of narrative structure, audience attention, and visual clarity, turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual assets for campaigns, social content, editorial pieces, presentations, and branded communications while maintaining Augst’s visual identity.
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, title sequences, and social‑first motion content, collaborating with editors and producers to enhance storytelling.
• Design polished pitch decks, reports, proposals, and executive communication materials, translating dense information into clear, structured presentations.
• Work closely with strategists, writers, producers, and account teams, incorporating feedback quickly and maintaining organized project files and production workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or multidisciplinary creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, motion, presentation, and digital design work.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts without losing meaning.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on meeting production timelines.
