Senior Engineer – Offshore SURF Installation

About the role
SRI EMAS, a Ghanaian offshore solutions provider, is expanding its business and seeks a Senior Engineer to support SURF installation projects, including flexibles, umbilicals and structures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform offshore installation engineering tasks such as lift planning and MEL updates.
- Prepare installation procedures, task plans, mobilisation and load‑out plans.
- Handle vessel ballasting, welding and structural construction activities.
- Contribute to HSE standards, participate in HAZOP, SJA and HAZID studies.
- Assist the Engineering Manager with internal training development and report on scope of work.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in offshore structural engineering design, construction and fabrication.
- Working knowledge of industry design standards and tools such as Orcaflex, MathCAD, Microsoft Excel or SACS.
- Additional certifications like BOSIET or Chartered status are a plus.
