Senior Manager, Data & Devices

About the role

MTN Ghana is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data & Devices function. You will shape the end‑to‑end lifecycle of devices and data, driving innovation, partnership models and customer‑centric solutions to boost lifetime value and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive device and data lifecycle strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build next‑generation partnership models with OEMs and digital ecosystem players.
• Champion a customer‑centric culture and embed data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
• Oversee device portfolio design, market research, campaign development and performance monitoring.
• Design innovative financing and affordability initiatives to increase adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships, supply‑chain efficiency and financial reporting to ensure EBITDA growth.
• Provide governance advice, ensure information‑security compliance and develop risk‑aware decision frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading data and device strategies within the telecom or digital services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across regulatory, commercial and partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitability, manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and governance.
