Senior Product Designer

About the role

Farmerline is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of innovative, user‑centric digital products that empower small‑scale farmers across Africa. You will shape the visual and functional direction of our platform while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing AgTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Define and communicate the design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business objectives into effective design strategies.
• Design, prototype, test, and iterate high‑quality product interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically compelling.
• Stay informed of market trends and emerging design practices to keep Farmerline’s products competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams and delivering end‑to‑end product designs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence and user‑focused solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
