Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Prixin Company Limited is looking for a results‑driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team. The successful candidate will lead cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs) for projects.
• Conduct cost analysis, project valuations and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor quotations and support procurement processes.
• Assess variations, claims and final accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
• Provide cost reports and advise on cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration and project cost control.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with quantity surveying software.
