Senior Sales Manager - Sunyani

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a small to medium‑sized team of advisors in Sunyani, driving demand for financial products and services. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, while ensuring profitability and meeting business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales support processes to achieve profitability of assigned offices.
• Manage customer service and stakeholder excellence within the unit.
• Control a portion of the distribution budget and monitor sales productivity.
• Identify and open new market opportunities, developing leads through partnerships with financial institutions, government agencies, community leaders, churches, welfare groups and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage relationships with mobile‑money operators, bank agents and large groups.
• Maintain deep understanding of independent agents’ needs and preferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.
• Handle internal and external relationship management with key stakeholders.
