Senior Software Engineer – Build Scalable Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient products that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications.
• Lead the creation of complex technical solutions and scalable systems.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and review code of peers.
• Participate in system design, architecture decisions, and technology selection.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, build, and launch new features.
• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and software integrations.
• Ensure applications meet security, reliability, and performance standards.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable applications.
• Proven knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software architecture best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Backend frameworks: Node.js, Spring Boot, Django.NET.
• Frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, Vue.js.

• DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
• Experience with microservices architecture (preferred).
