Senior Student Recruitment Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Senior Student Recruitment Counsellor to guide prospective students through the entire study‑abroad journey. You will provide professional counselling, manage applications, and ensure a smooth experience from admission to visa submission.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on study opportunities in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations.
• Attend walk‑in enquiries and assess academic backgrounds to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Provide accurate information on admissions, visa procedures, documentation and compliance.
• Manage the full application process, including university applications, follow‑ups, visa submissions and ongoing communication.
• Maintain engagement with prospects to achieve conversion targets.
• Prepare reports and keep accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, admission requirements and international education trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and institutional partners to support organisational goals.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience in international education or student recruitment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of student recruitment and counselling processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proven teamwork and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
