Site Supervisor – Mining Equipment Services

About the role

Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the service team at a customer site in Tarkwa. You will ensure optimal performance of Epiroc mining machines through proactive service delivery, technical support, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct equipment inspections, produce daily condition reports, and recommend maintenance or repairs.
• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM standards.
• Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshooting, and training to build team capability.
• Lead onsite technical team performance, development, certifications, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), site meetings, and fleet data accuracy using FleetSync.
• Oversee inventory, parts rebuilding, safety initiatives, new equipment commissioning, and site assets such as tools and vehicles.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational abilities, detail‑orientation, and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Understanding of technical documentation and repair flowcharts for Epiroc machinery.
• Knowledge of lubricants and oil specifications used in Epiroc equipment.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance and repair schedules per OEM recommendations.
• Proficiency with FleetSync for fleet data management.
