About the role
Join Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd. as a Site Technician – Electrician at the Akyem site, supporting mining operations through electrical maintenance of Epiroc equipment. You will ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and technical issues.
- Install, assemble, service, and repair equipment according to OEM standards.
- Report maintenance findings and support reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient customer service.
Required profile
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant technical certification.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
