About the role

The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will lead the company's presence across digital platforms, produce engaging visual and written content, and help raise brand awareness. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on content production to support marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create, edit, and publish graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries promptly.
• Cover company events, project activities and site visits to generate fresh content.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and visibility.
• Track, analyse and report on social media performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative content ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and communication standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop relevant material.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative storytelling capability.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
