Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join our team in East Legon, Ghana. You will lead the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns, create engaging content and ensure our online presence reflects the brand’s beauty and lifestyle focus.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise social media marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Create and adapt content for each social channel, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage daily posting schedules, engage with the audience and respond to comments.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify trends and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Experience developing content strategies and analysing social media metrics.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current platform trends and best practices.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
