Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at Hair by TMS in East Legon, Ghana. The role is full‑time, on‑site and will drive our online presence across multiple platforms, ensuring our brand’s voice resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch social media marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Produce and optimise content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily posting schedules, monitor audience engagement and respond to comments.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative approaches to grow followers and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
