Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join our team in East Legon, Ghana. You will lead the planning and execution of our social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content that reflects our brand’s focus on beauty, locs, and lifestyle care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Create and adapt content to suit each platform’s format and audience.
• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage daily posting schedules, monitor audience interaction and respond promptly.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify trends and adjust tactics to grow our online presence.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Experience developing content strategies.
• Ability to analyse social media data and apply data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
