Solution Manager

About the role

Dahua Technology is seeking a Solution Manager to support its regional sales efforts in Ghana. The role combines pre‑sales engineering, project delivery, and market development for video surveillance and intelligent transportation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving regional project sales targets.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, present proposals, conduct on‑site testing and provide training for specific projects.
• Collaborate with local Business Development Managers to identify industry customers, explore opportunities, and drive project progression.
• Deliver product promotion, training, and technical guidance to internal sales teams and DPP customers.
• Research market demand and competitor offerings to develop regional industry solutions.
• Organise and support product‑related conferences, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry with pre‑sales and project support responsibilities.
• Proven experience with Safe City and Intelligent Transportation solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple cities.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
