Solutions Manager

About the role

The Solutions Manager will support the sales team in delivering regional security projects, from requirement gathering to solution design, testing and training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales team with regional project sales tasks and develop industry market customers.
• Collect requirements, design solutions, present proposals, conduct on‑site testing and provide training for specific projects.
• Promote, train and give technical guidance on industry‑based products to internal sales and first‑tier distributors.
• Research market demand, analyse competitors and develop regional industry solutions.
• Organise product promotion events, exhibitions and customer visits in collaboration with sales staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the security industry with pre‑sales and project support background.
• Proven experience in Safe City and Intelligent Transportation solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Video surveillance product knowledge.
• Understanding of network, storage and server technologies.
• Ability to configure technical proposals and design solutions independently.
