About the role

New Leaf Hospital is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sonographer to join its diagnostic imaging team in Techiman, Bono East. The role involves performing ultrasound examinations, interpreting the resulting images, and collaborating with clinicians to deliver accurate patient diagnoses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic and vascular sonography procedures according to clinical protocols.
• Interpret imaging results and generate clear reports for referring physicians.
• Maintain equipment hygiene and ensure optimal functionality of ultrasound machines.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to support patient care decisions.
• Document findings accurately and adhere to hospital quality standards.

Required profile

• Knowledge of radiology and vascular imaging principles.
• Experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in image interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
