Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller will manage inventory levels for GET YOUR ANSWERS CONSULT’s operations in Accra. Working on‑site, you will ensure accurate stock records, prevent stock‑outs, and support efficient supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock and update the inventory system in real time.
• Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile any variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Generate inventory reports, analyse trends, and recommend actions to improve turnover and storage efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, adhere to internal controls, and support audit activities related to inventory.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of stock control, stock management and inventory control processes.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and variance analysis.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field; prior experience in inventory roles is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory software or ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
