Suppliers Onboarding Professional

About the role

As a Suppliers Onboarding Professional at 360kart Marketplace Ltd, you will lead the end‑to‑end integration of new suppliers into the 360kart Pro ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and timely launch of their products.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet and engage potential suppliers.
• Guide suppliers through registration, documentation and platform training.
• Set up product listings, pricing and ensure catalog accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
• Resolve onboarding issues and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Customer Support teams.
• Monitor supplier performance during the launch period, collect feedback and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with onboarding processes, documentation and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with digital marketplaces or e‑commerce tools and ability to train new users.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Problem‑solving mindset and comfort with basic analytics or dashboards.
• Previous experience in marketplace operations, procurement, sales support or vendor management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Accra with occasional field visits.
