Team Lead, Retail Products

About the role

The Team Lead, Retail Products will head the development and management of all retail investment offerings for Integrity Fund Management Ltd (IFML) in Kumasi and the Ashanti Region. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the role combines product strategy, sales support and operational oversight to drive deposit growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of retail investment products, including sales, marketing, operational efficiency, technology integration and regulatory compliance.
• Design and execute deposit strategies to achieve growth targets and optimise cost of funds.
• Assess customers’ investment needs and deliver appropriate advisory services.
• Monitor capital‑market trends and adjust retail investment strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Identify opportunities to improve, expand or modify the product portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to senior management.
• Achieve sales targets, generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with digital investment, wealth management, accounts, compliance and other internal partners to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and customer service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory training.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience in retail banking or investment product management.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Strong understanding of deposit products, cost‑of‑funds management and capital‑market dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
• Commitment to compliance, regulatory standards and continuous learning.
