About the role
We are seeking a Team Leader to organize and supervise work on construction sites. The role involves coordinating teams and subcontractors, ensuring tasks meet deadlines and quality standards, and maintaining health and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and supervise work on site.
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
- Report work progress to Site Management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of reading plans and markings.
- Leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Sense of responsibility and focus on results.
- Advanced level of English.
