Technical & Machine Operator – Production

About the role

Join Nestlé Ghana’s all‑female production line in Tema as a Technical and Machine Operator. You will ensure continuous, high‑quality output while adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to Quality Management Standards, SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow GMP and HACCP protocols to keep the work area clean and hygienic.
• Apply FIFO principles and follow standard recipes to control material usage.
• Perform start‑up, running, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, change‑over, maintenance and shutdown of assigned machines.
• Document operational parameters and ensure traceability.

Required profile

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Technical Operator background (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
