Technical Sales Engineer – Radio Communications

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer specialized in radio communications to drive business growth across Ghana. The role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to design, propose and support advanced communication solutions for a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in radio communications and related technologies.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender responses.
• Design end-to-end radio communication solutions, conduct RF coverage analysis and basic network planning.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams and deployment plans.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of radio systems.
• Provide post-sales technical support, system upgrades, optimisation and integration with IP networks.
• Deliver technical training to customers, partners and internal teams and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, telecommunications or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of professional mobile radio (PMR) technologies.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects across multiple countries.
