Technology Accelerator Program – Flexible Part‑Time (24 hrs/week)

About the role

The Technology Accelerator Program is a free, part‑time career development initiative designed for students, graduates, career changers and early‑career professionals. Participants will join an international multidisciplinary team, work on real software projects and develop modern development, collaboration and delivery skills while committing to a minimum of 24 flexible hours per week, including Saturdays 14:00‑19:30 GMT.

Key responsibilities

• Build practical, hands‑on experience by contributing to live software projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, multicultural teams using agile practices.
• Strengthen your portfolio with demonstrable deliverables.
• Develop professional delivery and ownership skills.
• Participate in weekly knowledge‑sharing sessions and mentorship.

Required profile

• Curious and eager to learn new technologies.
• Comfortable working in team environments.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
• Commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
• Minimum 3‑6 months of coding experience (bootcamps, hackathons, self‑taught projects).
