Territory Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead sales activities within an assigned geographic area, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage distributors and key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence.
• Lead and coach the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of territory management and channel development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
