About the role
Avnash Industries Ghana Limited, a diversified producer of edible oil, soap and rice, is seeking a dynamic Tertiary Sales Manager to lead sales expansion within a defined territory. The role will focus on growing market share, building relationships with distributors and ensuring the company’s growth targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by senior management.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Report sales performance and forecast future sales to the management team.
Required profile
- First-degree university qualification.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven sales experience, preferably in the foodstuffs or related consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
