Tile Picking Worker – Production Line

About the role
The Tile Picking Worker is responsible for ensuring that only high‑quality tiles leave the production line. Working on the factory floor, you will manually inspect each tile, remove any that do not meet quality standards, and help maintain a smooth flow of products.
Key responsibilities
- Manually inspect tiles for visual defects.
- Sort and remove defective tiles from the line.
- Maintain inspection accuracy and speed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Report quality trends to supervisors.
Required profile
- JHS or SHS certificate.
- Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of English.
