Tipper Truck Driver – Full‑time (Tema, Ghana)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Tipper Truck Drivers to join our team in Tema on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves safely transporting sand, gravel and other construction aggregates between sites while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tipper trucks to load, transport and unload bulk materials.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow scheduled routes, delivery timelines and DOT‑related regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, loaders and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy‑duty truck licence).
• Proven experience driving tipper trucks and handling heavy vehicles.
• Good understanding of DOT regulations and road safety standards.
• Ability to read delivery instructions, keep precise logs and communicate clearly with dispatch.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work extended hours or shifts as needed.
