Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the Sales Academy, designing and delivering targeted programs that boost sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer advisory skills. Partnering closely with sales leadership, the role aims to improve team performance, conversion rates, and premium growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the Sales Academy, manage budgets, and ensure seamless program delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of training professionals, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and align training with business objectives.
• Design and deliver engaging curricula using instructor‑led, online, blended, gamified, and simulation methods.
• Implement robust evaluation methods, analyze KPIs, and continuously refine training based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with sales leadership, HR, product, and compliance teams, and collaborate with external training providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training or learning & development initiatives, preferably within a sales environment.
• Strong partnership skills with sales leadership and ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Passion for building high‑performing, client‑focused teams and a commitment to continuous improvement.
