Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead our Sales Academy. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that enhance sales techniques, product knowledge and customer advisory skills.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the Sales Academy, set strategic direction, manage budgets and ensure seamless programme delivery while leading a team of training professionals.
• Curriculum Development & Delivery: Conduct needs assessments, identify skills gaps and create engaging programmes covering product knowledge, sales strategies, communication, compliance and more, using instructor‑led, online, blended, gamified and simulation methods.
• Performance Measurement & Improvement: Implement robust evaluation methods, analyse KPI data and participant feedback, and continuously refine programmes based on results and emerging best practices.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with sales leadership, HR, product development and compliance teams, work with external providers and champion the value of learning across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering sales‑focused training programmes.
• Ability to partner with sales leadership to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Strong analytical mindset to track training impact through KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Passion for developing high‑performing, client‑focused teams.
