Training Officer

About the role

The Training Officer will design, develop and deliver learning solutions that enhance the performance of sales, distribution and operations teams at Multipro Private Limited. Working on‑site in Ghana, you will partner with managers to align training initiatives with business objectives and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses across functional areas.
• Create training materials, curricula and job aids.
• Plan, schedule and facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data.
• Support onboarding programs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience designing and delivering structured learning programs, preferably in FMCG or fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset to assess needs and measure impact.
