Truck Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Truck Driver to operate Transmed delivery trucks, ensuring safe transport of products to customer sites while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and vehicle upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery trucks safely, adhering to QA guidelines and avoiding any damage.
• Park trucks at customer premises without harming staff or property.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and respect customer staff and premises.
• Verify and tally received goods with customers, ensuring 100% accuracy, signed invoices, and collection of cash or cheque as per delivery terms.
• Maintain truck cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance in line with company standards.
• Report any vehicle defects promptly to the supervisor and maintenance manager.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Valid Ghanaian Class C driving licence.
• Ability to recognise routes and customer locations to deliver products on time.
