Truck Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Truck Driver to join our small, independent transportation business in Accra. You will operate company trucks to move goods safely and on schedule, supporting our commitment to punctual deliveries and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure loads, assist with basic unloading, and ensure cargo is safely fastened.
• Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate delivery logs, and adhere to schedules.
• Keep the vehicle clean, report maintenance needs promptly, and comply with all road safety and transportation regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch personnel.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Strong experience driving commercial trucks.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe‑driving practices.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
