UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Accra & Tema. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user requirements into engaging digital interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches and tables.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness issues.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good time‑management abilities.
