About the role
Risolvent Academy, located in Ashalaja, a suburb of Ga South, is looking for a full-time, on-site teacher of English for Upper Primary and JHS. The teacher develops effective lesson plans, prepares classroom activities, assesses student progress and gives constructive feedback, while taking part in school events and professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop effective lesson plans and prepare classroom activities
- Assess student progress and give constructive feedback
- Teach and mentor students in the learning of English
- Take part in school events and professional development opportunities
- Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Required profile
- Diploma in Education or a related field
- Previous teaching experience
- Strong background in education and teaching, able to adapt to diverse student needs and learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents and colleagues
- Proficiency in training and guiding students
