About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking a self‑owned Vehicle Dispatch Specialist to manage the dispatch of company vehicles used for material transport. The role supports warehouse and production teams, ensuring that vehicle movements are coordinated efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch self‑owned vehicles according to operational requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date driver and vehicle records.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with warehouse and production departments.
• Track trip completion, report any issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and improve dispatch efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in dispatch or transport coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
