Voice and SMS Account Manager – Telecom Wholesale

About the role

We 2 Stars Company Limited is expanding its international wholesale carrier business and is looking for experienced Voice and SMS Account Managers. You will be responsible for managing carrier relationships, ensuring routing quality, and driving adoption of digital telecom products across a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with voice and SMS carriers worldwide.
• Monitor and improve routing performance, SLA compliance, and QoS metrics such as ASR and ACD.
• Onboard new partners, manage contract negotiations and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with routing and fraud‑mitigation teams to ensure network integrity.
• Provide technical pre‑sales support, product demos and API integration guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecoms, Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience managing carrier voice accounts or 2–5 years in SMS hubbing/messaging platforms.
• Proven ability to handle P&L, negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• VoIP, SIP, QoS metrics (ASR, ACD).
• A2P/C2P messaging flows, compliance and fraud awareness.
• Routing technologies, SBCs, softswitches, routing engines.
• Network troubleshooting, capacity planning, vendor management.
• Cisco or Juniper certifications (preferred).
• CRM systems, billing basics, API knowledge, cloud platforms.
