About the role

M-KOPA is looking for a motivated Warehouse Intern to join its Refurbished for Sale (RFS) team in Ghana. You will work on the front‑line processes that prepare PAYGO mobile phones for customers, directly supporting the company’s mission of expanding financial inclusion across Africa.

Key responsibilities

Set up, test and perform quality checks on mobile devices before they enter the sales pipeline.
Track inventory movements, ensure accurate recording in internal systems, and maintain proper storage locations.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe, reporting any hazards or equipment issues.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily processing targets and uphold M‑KOPA’s quality standards.

Required profile

Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent.
Basic computer literacy and comfort using smartphones and mobile devices.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and take direction.
Team‑first attitude with a focus on safety and quality.
