Warehouse Shipping Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Shipping Manager leads the finished‑goods shipping operation, ensuring seamless coordination between planning, transportation, sales, finance, safety and inventory teams. This role oversees a large delivery workforce and drives continuous improvement in shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the warehouse shipment business module and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
• Manage a daily delivery team of 30+ members, develop L5 delivery processes, train staff and assess performance.
• Analyze customer complaints (errors, shortages, breakdowns) and implement corrective action plans.
• Record workload of loading/unloading workers, calculate and report piece‑rate wages in line with company and finance policies.
• Allocate shipping resources for bulk trucks, ocean containers, flatbed, fence and box trucks.
• Implement closed‑loop processes covering on‑site safety, 6S, shipping standards, loading efficiency, documentation and PDA scanning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management within large factories or companies.
• Ability to work a 12‑hour shift system, including day and night shifts.
• Experience leading delivery teams of at least 30 people.
• Strong adherence to procedures, capable of planning and prioritising work.
• Familiarity with managing multiple warehouses and complex loading logic for various vehicle types.
• Experience handling at least 100 daily shipments and optimising bulk‑truck cargo layouts.
