Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. You will help shape strategic decisions by implementing tracking, analyzing user behavior, and delivering actionable insights that improve website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and manage clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to detect and resolve data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup supply.
