Welder (MIG/TIG/ARC)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled welder to join our team, performing MIG, TIG, ARC and gas welding on a variety of projects. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, preparing metal components, and delivering high‑quality welds that meet engineering specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding techniques.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and welding symbols.
• Cut, shape and join metal parts according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, structural integrity and compliance with standards.
• Carry out repair and maintenance welding on equipment and structures.
• Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow health, safety and welding standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a welder in industrial, construction or workshop environments.
• Ability to use multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, gas).
• Capability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, attention to detail and physical fitness.
• Welding certification is an advantage.
