Zonal Sales Manager

About the role

Avnash Industries Ghana Limited, a diversified producer of edible oil, soap and rice, is looking for a Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales activities within an assigned geographic zone. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision of local value‑chain capture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the foodstuffs sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zone targets.
• Plan, forecast and monitor sales performance, costs and overall business results.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, financial metrics and market feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and production teams to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• First degree (any discipline).
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market dynamics.
