About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide personal assistance to the Area Banking Sales Africa Vice President at NCR Atleos. The role involves managing the executive’s calendar, travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain organization charts, phone lists, and absence/vacation spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding when appropriate.
- Support weekly reporting cadence calls and provide daily assistance to the reporting manager.
- Liaise with corporate facilities and other departments on behalf of the team.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and uphold high standards of accuracy and integrity.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet defined deadlines.
- Experience supporting senior management in a multinational environment is a plus.
