Cashier – Full-time position

About the role

The company is seeking a reliable Cashier to handle customer payments at its locations in Accra and Tema. You will be responsible for processing cash, POS, and mobile money transactions while ensuring accuracy and excellent service. This full‑time role involves shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately using cash, POS, mobile money and other approved methods.
• Issue receipts and provide transaction information to customers.
• Count, verify and reconcile cash and other payment forms at the end of each shift.
• Report any discrepancies or payment issues to management promptly.
• Assist customers with payment‑related enquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and safeguard cash and receipts.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
• Good numerical, record‑keeping and communication skills.
• Friendly, reliable, professional attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, trustworthy, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
