About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to evaluate AI-driven conversation data, focusing on real-world interpersonal and decision‑making scenarios. This remote, short‑term contract role involves identifying missing context, assessing the impact of additional information, and ensuring high‑quality qualitative reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI conversations involving real-world interpersonal and everyday decision‑making scenarios.
• Identify missing context and recommend relevant follow‑up questions.
• Evaluate whether additional information would have changed the AI's recommendations.
• Distinguish between critical and non‑essential information.
• Conduct qualitative reviews and document findings using structured evaluation guidelines.
• Collaborate with research teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality assessments.

Required profile

• Hold an MSW with LCSW or equivalent social work license.
• Possess an MA/MS with LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent counseling license.
• Have a PhD/PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, Social, or Industrial‑Organizational Psychology.
• Possess an MA/PhD in Human‑Computer Interaction, Communication, Anthropology, Sociology, Conflict Resolution, or a related field.
• Have a relevant professional credential with over five years of direct advisory, client‑facing, coaching, mediation, or consulting experience.
