Courier Sourcing & Field Recruitment Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Courier Sourcing and Field Recruitment Associate to expand our courier network. You will lead the sourcing, recruitment, and pipeline development of delivery riders and drivers through community engagement, referrals, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard qualified couriers to meet acquisition targets.
• Conduct field sourcing activities across key locations and communities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of courier candidates.
• Execute referral, activation, and recruitment campaigns.
• Engage prospects via face‑to‑face interactions, calls, and digital channels.
• Track recruitment activities and keep accurate candidate records.
• Verify basic courier requirements and documentation.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Diploma, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, field sales, customer acquisition, business development, or logistics operations.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
